Dickies BSB Prize Winner Experience

Since Dickies announced the BSB agreement for 2016 earlier this year, it’s been full steam ahead for the greatest domestic bike series in the world. With each round comes and actioned packed weekend following the trusty format of practice; qualifying rounds over the first two days, with day three bringing two MCE BSB races.

But it’s not just the 30 minutes race time that keeps us coming back for more, it’s the hum of the bikes, the smell of the leathers and of course, the crowd each round pulls.  From April, we have been sharing the love with our ticket giveaways to open up the BSB experience with our fans. Here’s a roundup of their experience so far.

It all started in April, with our winners making a weekend of it.  Evette Gabrielle Williams’ week was going well and we think we managed to top it:

Won £150 dress yesterday and today won Cody a photo booth to turn him into superman

He is known as Dickie by all his mates

James Carey won tickets to the first round at Silverstone, and shared some pictures he’d taken with us:

Myself and my girlfriend Elly had such great experience at the GP. Lovely weekend.”

James Carey was in the middle of the action

Oulton Park

Gemma Wright couldn’t wait to get to Oulton Park with her husband when she heard the news that she’d won a pair of tickets:

We had a fab weekend even with all the rain- typical bank holiday weekend! But isn’t it the rain that makes it all the more special?

We love a good weekend at BSB, it makes our summer all the more exciting

Brands Hatch Indy

Wendy from our Aftersales team at Dickies HQ couldn’t stay away from Brands Hatch Indy.

Nick Newman travelled to claim his prize- a worthy winner we would say:

Thank you for the tickets it was a great weekend. A bit wet lol but worth the 10 hour drive each way. Thanks again

The ducks made the most of the weather

The feedback from our winners was brilliant for this BSB round.

Paul McMinn had a great time:

Our weekend was fantastic from start to finish. I took my mate David Good.  We spent the Saturday night in Great Yarmouth.

Picking up their new Fireblades from Honda Crewe

Mark Rouse shared his thoughts on BSB:

It was my first time bike racing. It was very good and I would go again.

Our winner Matthew Silk shared his weekend with us:

The weekend was amazing as I also have MCN insurance so got to go on all the VIP stuff. I took my mate and we got to go on a grid walk and watched race one from the pit lane in the pit wall.

Cadwell Park

It was great! We had amazing time. Thank you very much!!!!- Vera Bahounkova

You’re welcome, Vera!

Oulton Park

Duane Seddon shared his prize with his wife, Paula:

We got there early so got to park in the middle of the track. The atmosphere was great and also got a free Dickies hat.

Paula found the Dickies stand

Donnington Park

We wandered around the pits with our paddock passes feeling like royalty! The qualifying day turned out quite cool. We decided to watch from the Old Hairpin so we could watch the bikes coming down The Craner Curves.

Phil Lymer took his brother Terry for the weekend at Donnington Park.  They arrived to the sound of the Superstocks screaming down the main straight. At the Dickies stand, he met Stalker, Chris Walker, and added his autograph to his collection.

The weather was absolutely stunning, hot & sunny, and the racing was stunning too.  Shakey taking both races to overtake Leon Haslam to the head of the showdown. Fantastic weekend, all thanks to Dickies Store.

It was an action packed weekend for the Lymer brothers

With the Assen round in full swing, and the final at Brands Hatch GP to follow 14th- 16th October, we really can’t believe how this year has whizzed by for the Dickies Supersport Championships. Here are some of our fans enjoying BSB 2016:

No one loves BSB more than we do and here it really has been a pleasure to share BSB 2016 with our ticket winners.  As you can see, BSB has brought families and friends together and it’s gotten our fans up close to the riders we have grown so fond of throughout 2016.  There’s still time to enter to win tickets to the final. Head to our Facebook page for our competition COMING SOON!
