Return of Goods:
DickiesStore.co.uk have teamed up with Collect+
to enable our customers to return any unwanted item(s) to us free of charge*. We will happily refund or exchange any item(s) returned to us within 30 days of despatch. All we ask is that all returned items are in 'as new' condition - this means unused and in the original packaging, including all labels, tags etc. Unlike many of our competitors we also do not make any re-stocking charge.
All you need to do to use this free returns service is:
1) Complete the simple paperwork enclosed within you order.
2) Securely seal your return package with the paperwork enclosed and Collect+ label on the outside of the parcel (over the top of the original delivery label if using the same packaging).
3) Drop your return off at your nearest participating Collect+ store. To find your nearest store click here
If you require a new Collect+ label for any reason please contact us on the details below and our Customer Services Team
will happily provide you with a new label.
Alternatively you can send your return via your own preferred method at your own cost (we recommend you obtain proof of postage) to:

If you need to make an exchange you can relax in the knowledge that we will not charge you delivery or any replacement item(s). Report a Quality Issue
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item we will replace or refund it. If we have made a mistake with your order we want to put it right. Either way you will not be out of pocket so please get in touch so we can help.

Unfortunately Collect+ does not currently operate in Ireland and some remote areas of the UK. We cannot cover the cost of returns to us using any other method of parcel delivery, but will happily arrange an exchange via our usual courier delivery for any customer who cannot use the Collect+ service for any reason. There will be a small delivery fee if this service is chosen, which will be confirmed upon request.
