Return of Goods:

 
We will happily refund or exchange any item returned to us within 14 days of receipt. All we ask is that all returned items are in 'as new' condition - this means unused and in the original packaging, including all labels, tags etc. Unlike many of our competitors we do not make any re-stocking charge; All we ask is that you return the unwanted item(s) to us at your cost.*
 
Send your return to the address below by any method that suits you best but we recommend that you obtain proof of postage.

Please clearly label all returns and explain why you are returning goods and what you would like us to do; exchange or refund? With any returns we reserve the right not to refund any item that is not in new condition or after the 14 day period.

Exchanging an item

If you need to make an exchange you can relax in the knowledge that we will not charge you delivery or any replacement item(s). 

Report a Quality Issue

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item we will replace or refund it. If we have made a mistake with your order we want to put it right. Either way you will not be out of pocket so please get in touch so we can help.
