This is the first time I have used your website. I was very impressed with your Customer Service. One item was out of stock and I was continually updated about what was happening with my order. I felt confident that my order wouldn't be forgotten and that I wouldn't have to spend lots of time chasing the item. I was also impressed that you were able to give exact dates of when the item would be available to me. Receiving an email from a person rather than an automated response was also very re-assuring.
