I found the site easy to use and found what I was looking for quickly. The size guide allowed me to ensure I was getting the correct size for my son. The payment procedure was straightforward and I felt comfortable that it was secure. I had no need to contact the customer services team directly so cannot comment on their service. My only comment would be that my not needing to contact customer service is testament to the high standard of the website and service provided therein. 2nd September.
